Calculate Your Body Fat and Your Protein Prescription

Instructions For Women

There are four simple steps to calculate your percentage of body fat, lean body mass, protein requirements, and zone block requirements.

Step 1:
While keeping the tape measure level, measure your hips at their widest point, and your abdomen at the umbilicus (i.e., belly button). It is critical that you measure at the belly button and not at the narrowest point of your abdomen. Take each of these measurements three times and compute the average.

Step 2:
Measure your weight in pounds.

Step 3:
Measure your height in inches without shoes.

Step 4:

Instructions For Men

Step 1:
While keeping the tape measure level, measure the circumference of your waist at the umbilicus (i.e., belly button). Measure three times and compute the average.

Step 2:
Measure your wrist at the space between your dominant hand and your wrist bone, at the location where our wrist bends.

Step 3:
