Zone Oatmeal
Ingredients
1 cup cooked
slow-cooking oatmeal [3C]
1 scoop Zone Perfect protein powder (7 grams of protein) [1P]
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
4 1/2 teaspoons, slivered almonds [3F]
2 oz. lean Canadian bacon or
6 turkey bacon strips [2P]
(Note: You may eliminate the protein powder and substitute 2
boiled or scrambled egg whites.)
Preparation
Method
Cook oatmeal,
nutmeg and cinnamon according to oatmeal package directions.
Stir slivered almonds into cooked, hot oatmeal.
