Zone Diet Recipe : Sweet Fruit Omelet
Ingredients for Sweet Fruit Omelet
6 large egg whites or
3/4 cup egg substitute [3P]
2/3 teaspoon olive oil [2F]
1 Tbsp. Confectioners' sugar [1C]
1 cup strawberries, sliced [1C]
1/2 slice rye bread toasted [1C]
1/2 teaspoon old-fashioned peanut butter [1F]Preparation Method for Sweet Fruit Omelet
Spray non-stick pan with vegetable spray. Beat eggs. Cook until almost set on one side. Put sliced strawberries on top and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Fold omelet and continue cooking until set.
