Recipe : Scrambled Eggs and Bacon Breakfast
Ingredients for
Scrambled Eggs and Bacon Breakfast
4 egg whites or
1/2 cup egg substitute [2P]
Sprinkling of low-fat mozzarella cheese
2/3 teaspoon olive oil [2F]
1 oz. lean Canadian bacon or
3 strips turkey bacon [1P]
1/2 piece rye bread toasted [1C]
1/2 teaspoon old fashioned peanut butter [1F]
1 cup grapes [2C]
Preparation
Method for Scrambled Eggs and Bacon Breakfast
Spray a non-stick
pan with vegetable spray. Beat egg substitute with olive oil.
Fold in cheese. Scramble.
