Recipe : Broiled Fish
Ingredients for
Broiled Fish
4 1/2 oz. fish
fillet of your choice [3P]
1 teaspoon olive oil [3F]
Lemon or ginger slices
1 cup cooked green beans [1C]
1 orange [2C]
Preparation
Method for Broiled Fish
Brush fish with
olive oil. Place lemon slices on top. Broil for 10
minutes per inch thickness. Do not turn.
