What type of fat should I use for my required fat blocks?
You should choose monounsaturated fat sources for
your added fat. Some good sources include olives, olive oil,
almonds, macadamia nuts and avocados. Some saturated fats and
polyunsaturated fats are required by the body but most people
will likely get more than enough from their low-fat protein
sources.
