How do I know if I'm in the Zone?
There are a number of things that you may experience
when you are in the Zone. You may have more energy, better
mental focus, or reduced hunger and cravings. You won't get that
tired feeling that many people experience late in the day. Basically,
you should have a feeling of overall well being. bIf you are not
experiencing these after following the program for a
couple of weeks, you are probably not in the Zone.
